We ship worldwide, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Europe and much of Asia. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time
Free worldwide shipping usually takes 2 to 4 weeks after your order is processed, depending on your country. Delivery to rural and remote areas may take longer, and during busy periods such as sales and holidays there may be short delays.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Duties and taxes
Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll work with you to fix it quickly.
