How to use

4. Tap the wave button to switch between massage modes M1 to M4, or leave it off.
5. Relax. It turns itself off after 15 or 30 minutes.

Which setting should I use?

• 45–50°C: gentle comfort, good for longer sessions and first-time use.
• 55°C: everyday warmth for typical cramps.
• 60–65°C: strong heat for short sessions only, always over clothing.

Can I sleep with it on?
